DISCLOSURE PURSUANT TO ARTICLES 13 AND 14 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR" ")
Kibrit &Calce s.r.l. provides the information requested by the GDPR regarding the processing of personal data provided during the application for admission to the Portal (hereinafter, "Portal"), as best indicated in the relevant general terms and conditions of contract.
1. Data controller

- Data source: the data are provided directly by the data subjects or, as in the case of business contacts or
other subjects referred to the Company/ User, by the latter when filling out the registration form to the portal.
3. Purpose of processing, legal basis and time frame for data retention WHY ARE PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED? WHAT IS THE CONDITION THAT MAKES PROCESSING LAWFUL? HOW LONG DO WE KEEP PERSONAL DATA?

The data may also be processed, on behalf of the Data Controller, by third parties, designated as Data Processors pursuant to art. 28 of the GDPR, as natural and/or legal persons who carry out activities functional or related to the services provided (e.g. IT service providers, marketing and communication companies, etc.).
In addition, the data are processed by employees of Kibrit & Calce and the Puglia Region - belonging to the corporate functions responsible for the pursuit of the above-mentioned purposes - which have been expressly authorised for processing and which have received appropriate operating instructions.
6. Rights of the data subject.
The interested party may obtain from Kibrit & Calce confirmation that personal data concerning him or her are being processed and, in this case, access to the same and to the information referred to in art. 15, the correction of inaccurate data, integration incomplete data, the deletion of data in the cases provided for by art. 17, the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by Article 18 GDPR, as well as oppose, for reasons related to its particular situation, the processing carried out for the legitimate interest of the holder.
In addition, the data subject shall have the right to receive data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format if the processing is based on consent or on the contract and is carried out by automated means, and, where technically feasible, to transmit them to another holder without hindrance (right "to data portability").
