The Tavoliere delle Puglie (or Tavoliere) PDO is the expression of a terroir that begins at the top and then gently descends towards the Adriatic Sea. In the middle, a territory of breathtaking beauty with the cathedral of Troia towering and, towards the coast, the majesty of the saltworks of Margherita di Savoia, the largest in Europe, culminating in the majesty of the castle of Barletta. A millenary ability of man dedicated to wine, and a natural habitat of great value, are found in the Tavoliere delle Puglie PDO where the Nero di Troia grape reigns supreme.

The Tavoliere delle Puglie or Tavoliere PDO Red gives a taste of the tamed and fascinating strength of at least 65% of Nero di Troia grapes. It has a more or less intense ruby red colour, sometimes with reflections tending towards garnet, a distinctive, intense, fruity aroma and a dry or medium sweet, characteristic taste

The Tavoliere delle Puglie or Tavoliere PDO Red Reserve is destined to those who love the passing of time, since before arriving on our tables it needs to be aged for at least two years, of which at least eight months in wooden barrels. Every month that passes, in the glass, will enrich the kaleidoscope of pleasure of a wine with a more or less intense ruby red colour, sometimes with reflections tending to garnet red with ageing, with a delicate and characteristic smell, with a dry or medium sweet taste, full-bodied and characteristic.

The Tavoliere delle Puglie or Tavoliere PDO Rosé is a wine in which the wild blackberries and the scents of undergrowth, which surround the vines, are found in a very special bouquet of grapes that are at least 65% Nero di Troia. In the glass the colour is a more or less intense rosé with ageing, the aroma is delicate and fruity. The taste is dry or sweet, characteristic.

Tavoliere delle Puglie or Tavoliere PDO Nero di Troia, as the name of the vine immediately suggests, means power and softness combined in a single wine, where the Troia grape is at least 90%. The colour is a more or less intense ruby red, sometimes with reflections tending towards garnet, the aroma is characteristic, intense and fruity, the taste dry or sweet, well balanced

The Tavoliere delle Puglie or Tavoliere PDO Nero di Troia Reserve obviously confirms as a minimum 90% of Nero di Troia grapes and differs in the flavours it acquires during the ageing period, which cannot be less than two years, of which at least 8 months in wooden barrels. The result of so much attention in the cellar is a wine of a more or less intense ruby red colour, sometimes with reflections tending towards garnet red thanks to ageing, with a delicate and characteristic aroma, and a dry or medium sweet, characteristic taste.
