Everything revolves around the octagonal manor of Emperor Frederick II, which, from the 13thcentury until today, continues to guide the growth of the much-loved Apulia.

Castel del Monte, in fact, is much more than the name given not only to the PDO for wine and the CGDO for its excellence in the glass, but also to the PDO  for extra virgin olive oil. It is a UNESCO site and it is above all a symbol of innovation and attachment to its roots in which the modern community of the area of BAT, Bari and Foggia, which Frederick II of Swabia established as the capital of the Kingdom of the Two Sicilies, recognizes itself. Art is also the common thread that, with wine, leads to the splendour of the cathedral of Troia, in the Foggia area.

Castel del Monte Red Reserve CGDO brings to the glass the strength of the Nero di Troia grapes together with the softness of at least two years of ageing, at least one of which in wooden barrels.

In the glass it is cloaked in a deep ruby red color tending to garnet red with ageing, the nose has a characteristic delicate aroma and the taste is full-bodied and well balanced.

Alcohol Content 13%.
